The Federal Supreme Court voted 8-2 to add an additional 250 defendants to the list of individuals implicated in the January 8 pro-coup acts. This decision brings the total number of accusations presented by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) to 1.3 thousand, of which the Court has received 550.Following the Federal Supreme Court's decision, the newly-added 250 individuals will now be required to answer to criminal charges and become defendants in the legal process.
