X’s defense informs Supreme Court of intent to pay BRL 8M fine
The defense of social network X has notified Brazil's Supreme Court that it will pay the BRL 8.1 million fine imposed by Justice Alexandre de Moraes.In the document submitted to the justice on Friday (Feb. 21), the lawyers stated that in order to make the payment, it is necessary to unblock BRL 7.2 million currently held in a Banco do Brasil account.
